1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SimpleBudget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Platform-Specific Terms

For Apple App Store Users iOS

Your use of the App through Apple's App Store is also subject to:

• Apple's Standard EULA
• Apple's Refund Policy applies to all purchases

For Google Play Store Users Android

Your download through Google Play is subject to:

• Google Play Terms of Service
• Developer Distribution Agreement

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled:

• Apple: Turn off auto-renew in Apple ID settings 24+ hours before renewal
• Google: Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store

Refunds

Refund requests must be processed through:

• Apple: Report a Problem system
• Google: Google Play refund policy (48-hour window)

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime in App Settings → Backup → Delete Account. This permanently removes your backup data and account.
